This really grinds my gears

I just found two sellers on ebay selling prints of photographs I took of Davey Havok at a Tiger Army show in 2004 - I've written both to ask them to please remove the listings as I'll be filing a VeRO report to ebay for intellectual property theft and am waiting for ebay to send me an electronic copy of the form as I've already registered with their VeRO program. If I don't hear from them soonish I'll fax the .pdf version when I get to my hotel tomorrow since I don't have a fax and won't be back to work until Thursday. It just really pisses me off to not only have somebody trying to make $$$ off my work they've stolen from my website but also read their bullshit descriptions that say stuff like

"UP FOR SALE IS A BEAUTIFUL 8X10 GLOSSY PHOTO PRINTED ON FUJICOLOR CRYSTAL ARCHIVE PAPER
CRYSTAL CLEAR.
ALL PHOTOS ARE PRINTED FROM ORIGINAL NEGATIVE NO REPRINTS OR BAD QUALITY BANG OFFS."

when all they can possibly have is a 600x800 dpi web version stolen off my site, not even a high resolution file to print from!! And there IS NO negative, just a high res digital file!

feel free to gripe at these people, hopefully I can get them pulled soon, ebay was very efficient at pulling down auctions for a few ticket scalpers who used my concert photos without permission to promote their goods -

and this person claims they got it autographed too, I bet the signature is just as phoney as their provenance
