because I am bored at work....

What was the last concert you attended?
AFI at the Agora in Cleveland last Monday (July 31, 2006)

How many people were there?
well the capacity was 2100 but I heard a rumor they oversold it significantly so about 3000 I think

What bands have you seen in concert the most, and how many times?
Danzig (86), Marilyn Manson (70+), Tiger Army (61)

Do you have any set lists? From what bands?
lots… Danzig, AFI, Tiger Army, Lost City Angels, Zombie Ghost Train, The Unseen, The Sisters of Mercy, Marilyn Manson, Psychotica … I don’t even remember who all else. I am planning on getting more of those wonderful Itoya Profolios to organize all this stuff….

Are there any CDs in close proximity to you? Which ones?
I’m at work, I have a bunch of CDs of my photos in a desk drawer but no music CDs with me

What band are you in the mood to see live right this second?
more AFI & Tiger Army (September...) Also really looking forward to seeing Lost City Angels opening for Social D in October!

Have you ever been on a tour bus?
several… they tend to be pretty tacky inside – one had red velvet covering everything & looked rather like what I would imagine a bordello to look like

Have you ever partied with a band?
Well I don’t “party” in the consume alcohol/do drugs kinda way but I’ve certainly hung out with plenty of bands & went on tour with Psychotica & Jack Off Jill for a month during the summer of '98 doing their merch which included many wild late nites including hanging in bars in New Orlean's French Quarter until 7AM & an all night camp-out on Miami Beach. I threw a party once for Psychotica in my apartment following a show in DC that lasted until 11 AM the next morning where I even found people I didn’t know passed out on my floor so I am guessing it was some sort of success. Even I the non-drinker spent a considerable amount on booze to ensure the success of my party & drafted a friend as bartender. I didn't realize Absolut came in 2 litres until then.

How many states/provinces have you been to concerts in?
Jeez. Let me try & count…..
States- Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, Ohio, Tennessee, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois (I am very likely forgetting some)

Provinces – Ontario, Quebec
(have also seen a bunch in London, England)

What bands did you see live the month of May?
Viva Hate, Mad Sin, Plan 9, The Barnyard Ballers, The Black Rose Phantoms

What CD are you addicted to at the moment?
the lost tracks of Johnny Cash ("American V - A Hundred Highways")

Who is one band that you used to like, but now you can't stand?
I don’t think there is anybody I used to like that I actively can’t stand though there are certainly some that I have been disappointed in their more recent efforts

Have you ever been on anyone's guest list? Whose?
Danzig, Tiger Army, Social Distortion, Lost City Angels, The Horrorpops, Viva Hate, Psychotica, The Explosion, Dropkick Murphys, 12 Step Rebels

Last band person that you got a picture with?
um I honestly don’t remember as I hate getting my photo taken so its been a while

Do you consider yourself a groupie?
no, just a dedicated fan

If you were to name a boy and a girl after any band... what would you name them?
I’ll never have kids but I always loved the name Ian (as in Astbury)

How old were you when you went to your first concert?
13

Who was it?
David Bowie

Which artists haven't you seen yet that you want to see?
The Meteors

Bands/Artists you'd wish you'd seen?
The Misfits, The Smiths, Johnny Cash

Are you wearing a band shirt right now?
no

What band do you own the most merch of? (excluding music)
Danzig/Misfits

What song is on your myspace right now?
none, I hate web sites that play music at you & inevitably crash your browser

Have you ever met that band?
n/a I guess!

Do you ever do anything crazy at shows?
just take a zillion photos while crowd surfers fly over my head – I quess that’s pretty crazy! (Learned the hard way to make sure i always have a protective filter covering the lens to protect from flying feet!)

What are your favourite venues to go to shows at?
hmm the 9:30 and the Black Cat here in town, the Ottobar up in Baltimore, the Henry Fonda & House of Blues in Hollyweird,

What band do you have the most performance pictures of?
Tiger Army, I don’t even wanna admit how many I’ve taken ;) But many of them are here:
http://www.ghosttigers.com/gallery/concert/

Would you ever get a tattoo representing a band?
I have um… 7

How many concerts do you average a year?
anywhere from 30 to 50 I think – I’ve been to 30 so far in 2006

Upcoming shows?
Gary Numan next week, probably X & Henry Rollins the week after

List every band you've EVER seen live, no matter how obscure.
I know I am forgetting some but I’ve been trying to keep a list
